8.3 Refund Policy

Power Hour: Once a session has been booked and paid for, no refunds will be issued.Thrive Catalyst: Due to the digital nature of this service, no refunds will be offered once access has been granted. You may cancel Your subscription at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of Your current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be provided.

8.4 Power Hour Founding Member Agreement

For founding members (ie those who joined Power Hour on 20th March 2025).

As a founding member, you agree to pay £35 per month for life, securing this exclusive rate as long as your membership remains active.Payment will be automatically charged on a recurring basis using your provided payment method.If a payment fails and remains unpaid for more than 7 days, we reserve the right to terminate your membership, and the founding member rate will no longer apply if you choose to rejoin.

8.5 Trial Offer

From time to time, we may offer promotional trial access to Power Hour at a reduced rate (e.g., £1 for one calendar month). Trial access is limited to one use per customer. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically continue at the standard monthly rate unless cancelled before the trial ends. By signing up for the trial, you agree to these terms and authorise us to charge your payment method accordingly

9. How You May Use Our Site and Content (Intellectual Property Rights)

9.1 All Content included on Our Site, including the Power Hour and Thrive Catalyst branding and materials, belongs to or has been licensed by Us. No rights to use, modify, reproduce, or distribute such content are granted without Our express written permission.
